We have nearly reached the halfway mark for this year’s Winter Equestrian Festival! This weekend we had the pleasure of hosting 13-year-old Elleri McKenrick from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania! After her dad bid on 'A Day with Beacon Hill' at the 2021 Washington International Horse Show, her family gifted the trip to her for Christmas! Over the weekend, she got to visit our farm in Wellington and meet the horses, come with us to Ocala for the WEC Premier Cup Equitation Championship, spend time shadowing our team at WEF and even met her idol Beezie Madden! Elleri currently shows in the pony hunter division and hopes to one day have a career in the equestrian industry. We had such a great time with Elleri and her mom Amy and we know her future is bright!

Over the weekend, we traveled with our team to WEC-Ocala for the second-annual WEC Premier Cup Equitation Championship. Isabella David and Clover put in great rounds and flatwork to take home sixth place overall! We are so proud of all of our riders that traveled to Ocala to compete in such a fun class. We want to extend our thanks to the World Equestrian Center for putting on a great class, and congratulations to Skylar Wireman on the win! Watch Isabella’s second round that clinched the sixth place ribbon here!
