The Beacon Hill team kicked off the 2022 Winter Equestrian Festival season in full force, already gaining new experiences in the equitation, hunter and jumper rings. We are so excited to watch our students get to know their new horses and tackle new divisions throughout the 13-week winter season! We are also thrilled about the addition of four new students to our roster this winter - Joe Craver, Avery Valentine, Alexis Orr and Caroline Sue Mirts. A few highlights from WEF Premiere include:

  • Alexis Orr rode Bon Amour to champion in the 12-14 Equitation division and reserve champion in the Low Children’s Hunter

  • Isabella David and Castlefield Spartacus earned a score of 90 to win Section A of the WIHS Equitation Overall

  • Lilly Anthes and Checkland won the Palm Beach Adult Medal and took second place in the Ariat National Adult Medal

  • Joey Roman and Blue Moon earned reserve champion in the Large Junior Hunter 3’6’’
