WEF 12 Newsletter

The 2022 WEF season has finally come to a close after 12 exciting weeks, and we would like to thank all of our staff, students and horses for their hard work and dedication! Special thank you to our wonderful sponsors - Plughz, Equifit, Voltaire, Equine Elixirs, Veltri and Lukens Horse Transportation. As Week 12 wrapped, we celebrate our students and their successes with a Beacon Hill barn party, featuring the ever popular dunk tank, a crepe truck, awards, prizes and of course a lot of treats (for both human and horse!). Huge thank you to the families that made the party possible - Moskowitz, Ryden, Blumenkrantz, Westfall, Soroken, Merna, Orr, Yarbrough, Craver, Kiely, David, Parisi, Roman, Mirts, Gibbs, and Stacia Klein Madden!

We were so proud to have 10 qualified students compete in the annual WEF Equitation Championship! Just before the class, Stacia held one last session with the group to review all of the rules and regulations before the trainers had to take to the sidelines to watch the students compete in the class on their own. Isabella David rode Castlefield Spartacus to 10th place overall, and Castlefield Spartacus also received the Best Turned Out Horse award. Jordan Gibbs and Cent 15 earned 12th place, and Stonehenge Stables’ Carlee McCutcheon took home 9th riding Chaco Star. We are so proud of our group of riders and horses that competed! Take a look at photos from the exciting day below:

Have you been keeping up with our Student Spotlight series on social media? Be sure to check out our Instagram to meet Isabella David here and Alex Parisi here as they introduce you to their horses and spend the day competing at WEF!
